  • agree with you in advance about the levels of service you require;
  • give you a fixed fee quote in advance and advise you if this is to change or increase when extra services are added;
  • only charge you in accordance with what has been agreed in writing in advance;
  • represent your interests;
  • give you clear advice that you can understand;
  • keep your business confidential;
  • plan work so you know in advance likely start and completion dates;
  • Update all book-keeping entries promptly once you have supplied the raw data;

 

  • meet all deadlines that we have agreed to and keep you updated with progress where appropriate;
  • provide contact details including office and mobile numbers for everyone who works on your bookkeeping and accounts;
  • deal with your questions and correspondence promptly, returning telephone calls and emails on the same working day or have someone tell you why the person dealing with your affairs cannot and when they will be in contact with you;
  • reply to all written correspondence within two working days;
  • keep in regular contact with you and ensure we listen to feedback and act upon it where necessary.
